About Van der Ven Auto’s​

Van der Ven Auto’s is a market leader in eco-friendly car recycling. They are a sustainable auto dismantler, a major supplier of auto parts, and a second-hand car dealer (import and export). For every car brand, they repair and (preventively) maintain both second-hand and new materials and parts in a sustainable manner.

Challenge

The number of completed contact forms on the website had been steadily declining, making it a primary challenge for Conversive to increase this number once again. The advertising account was still fully set up with manual bidding and separate regional campaigns.

Solution

The solution involved setting up a clear and organized new campaign structure with enhanced relevance per topic/keyword, combined with an automated bidding strategy. This approach aimed to maximize conversions based on a pre-agreed target CPA.

Each campaign was created with a single responsive ad featuring various possible and relevant headlines and matching descriptions. During the transition to the new structure, we opted for a gradual approach by running the old campaigns in parallel and phasing them out slowly until the new structure was fully live.

Results

After the optimizations were implemented, a positive effect was immediately noticeable. The number of completed contact forms gradually increased at acceptable costs. Even during the learning phase of the campaign, when optimal results were not yet expected, we achieved significant progress.
